Here are a few tips from your dental team to help prevent cavities this Halloween!
1. Time snacking on treats at or immediately after meal time.
2. Limit the number of exposures to sweets throughout the day.
It is better for you or your child to consume all your sweets for the day at
once, rather than snacking on them multiple times throughout the day.
3. As always, practice good oral hygiene habits: brush morning and night for 2 minutes
each with fluoride toothpaste, floss once a day.
