Our team at the front desk is more than happy to help guide you in choosing the best payment options for your individual circumstances. Some of our payment options include: cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and CareCredit.

CareCredit is an excellent option to help cover any cost that insurance will not cover. CareCredit allows you to divide the cost of your visit into low monthly payments. As a courtesy to you we submit all insurance claims. Dr. Skvorak and Dr. John provide you with the highest quality of care. He uses only superior dental materials and the best lab technicians to perform his lab work. Dr. Skvorak and Dr. John take the time needed to perfect even the smallest details. He utilizes the latest techniques and technologies to deliver meticulous and compassionate dental care, which translates into beautiful, long-lasting restorations. In dentistry, where the enemy is microscopic bacteria, even the smallest flaws around a filling or crown can lead to premature failure or replacement of the restoration. We will not compromise the quality of your care, consequently we are not in network with insurance companies.

Note: Your insurance is a contract between your employer and an insurance company. Benefits received are based on the terms of the contract negotiated between your employer and the insurance company. Please be aware that most insurance companies pay a set fee for services and therefore may not cover the total cost of services.

Appointment Policy

We appreciate and value your time. When you make an appointment, we reserve that time specifically for you. We do our best to stay on schedule and start your appointment promptly. In return, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Proving us with advance notice allows us to offer that appointment time to another patient who needs to be seen.
